For the items that are sold in our store, we do not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind. 

SweetuShop jewelry can be fragile, please handle with care. Again, SweetuShop will not offer returns or exchanges. Under certain circumstances, if you receive items in poor repair due to shipping and handing, please contact our shop. 

 Inquires must be submitted within two days of the item being delivered, after that, inquires will not be entertained.
